What did you do before joining OGL?

Worked for Dolphin Computer Access in Worcester developing their website, eCommerce and internal systems. Prior to that I studied BSc Computer Science at Aston University.

Tell us a bit about your role

I'm responsible for the full stack software development of our ERP software.

What are you most proud of in your job?

My recent promotion to Technical Lead and ultimately seeing things I develop get used in the real world.

What do you like about working at OGL?

The camaraderie amongst the team, the flexibility to try new things and the challenging opportunities.

What's the best career advice you have been given?

The importance of testing.

What do you get up to at the weekend?

At the gym, walking the dogs, playing games or hobby programming.

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

In my early teens I wanted to be a rapper!
