You will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager and a friendly support team who are just an email or phone call away.
This is because rather than needing to be installed on each individual user's computer, Profit4 is accessed via your internet browser in the Cloud, so once we have configured it for your company, users simply need their login details to access your portal.
Once you've successfully transitioned to Profit4 you'll be assigned a personal Customer Success Manager who will be your point of contact for advice and guidance on the system.
Your Customer Success Manager will also regularly catch up with you to check you're happy and answer any questions you may have.
In addition to your Customer Success Manager, you'll also have the full support of our friendly in-house Support Team.
They're based in the West Midlands and are armed with the expert knowledge to offer you timely, professional help with any technical queries or issues.
You and your colleagues will not only receive full training during the implementation stage but you will find our Software Trainers are available long after your initial sessions.
Training for new staff, refresher courses and advanced feature training are all available.
Our Software Development Team is continually enhancing and updating your Profit4 software.
