My background has always been in the software industry; I started my career as a Training Consultant. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working my way up the ranks at OGL, starting as a Trainer, moving into Account Management, and finally transitioning into Sales. I am proud to say that I have been with OGL since 2011.
I came across OGL on a Jobsite. As someone who had experience working with accounting software, I was ready for a change and decided to apply. After submitting my application, I was invited to present to the Board and was delighted to land the position.
My role in New Business Sales is to understand potential customers' business needs with a thorough fact-find meeting, from this I can demonstrate in more detail how Profit4 can improve their processes. I conduct online and in-person meetings to build relationships. I also carry out business process reviews to help customers identify where they can save time and resources.
