Debbie joined the company in 1986 and has spent the last 30+ years helping to develop and grow the software business. Most recently Debbie has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and provides clear direction and valued support to her leadership team, sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience to help them shape the future of the business.

Debbie is known for her natural people and leadership skills and is a strong advocate for employee engagement and has spearheaded many new initiatives in recent years to improve the working environment and support a healthy work/life balance for all staff.

Away from the office she enjoys the theatre, travel and listening to a wide genre of music. Family is also a huge part of Debbie's life and enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, 3 dogs and 2 cats.
