TAPPS Devizes was set up at the end of 2021 and, located within easy access of Hopton Industrial Estate, its 4,500 square foot warehouse and trade counter offers around 36,000 plumbing and heating products, from stockists including Worcester Bosch, Embrass Peerless, RIIFO, Warmflow, Speedfit and more.
It provides a range of trade and public plumbing supplies and bathrooms, to customers across the plumbing and heating industries, with free local delivery. Branch manager and owner, Julian Taylor, has 18 years of industry knowledge, having worked with trade specialist Wolseley UK.

With no other business software installed previously, Julian reviewed a variety of business software options before choosing OGL’s Profit4 solution. Excel spreadsheets that are 3,000 lines long can be imported into Profit4 within 5 minutes and Julian can now create and send invoices in just minutes, thanks to order details for each customer being centralised, saving precious time that can be spent on other tasks, like growing the business.
Julian believes that the business efficiency from deploying the software has helped TAPPS yield a healthy turnover in 18 months, which in turn has helped him to open up his new bathroom showroom. His plans for the future include an online shop and expanding the overall business with additional branches.
