Fix247 is a trade supplier business selling a vast range of products from power tools to fixings.
After being made redundant, Fix247 was born and has been growing from strength to strength since it was started in 2009.
With a wealth of experience of product selection behind them, Fix247 only supply the best products from the biggest brands. Due to continued sustainable growth they expanded their premises in 2023.

Prior to implementing Profit4, Fix247 were running their business on Sage 50 software, which was no longer fit for purpose.
The Director of Fix247 explained: "Sage was too slow and we began to outgrow the software with the amount of data and transactions we were doing; it started to buffer and crash."

Once their data was set up in Profit4, Fix247 were able to reduce manual tasks and send sales orders and purchase orders from one system.
"We now have one less person in the admin team as they decided to leave, the system is so good, we have not needed to replace them, the speed and time saving it has given us has made a big impact on the business."
Not only has Profit4 streamlined Fix 247's entire business, but it has also allowed all teams within the business to work from the same software effectively and efficiently. Profit4 is a true browser and cloud-based solution which can be accessed whether you are at work or at home.
"The system is used by our 10 sales staff to access information such as product codes, prices, customer spend etc. It is used to process all sales and purchase orders by the admin and purchasing teams as well as checking stock value and levels. It is also used by our bookkeeper, who works remotely, to do all the invoicing and credit control."
Profit4 has been able to automate a lot of Fix247 manual tasks, saving them time and money.
