In order to continue to grow their business, County Industrial Supplies were looking for a business software solution that can support them in the future. They needed a solution that could increase efficiency and help them maintain a high level of customer service for their clients.
The company began their search for new software with a number of challenges it needed to solve that its current EDP system couldn't.
One of their key drivers was to find a system that is up-to-date, industry-relevant with modern features and functionality. An integrated system means that parameters can be set so purchase orders are automatically created when fast-selling items are running out of stock.
The Director continues: "Running out of stock has a negative impact on our customer service, especially for items listed on eBay, as running out of stock on these items has a negative impact on eBay seller ratings."
