Deltawaite
Deltawaite is a family-run business founded in 1965. They are based in Barrow-in-Furness and are suppliers of a whole range of PPE equipment, as well as some janitorial and hygiene products. As part of the Eurosafe buying group, Deltawaite stocks and distributes the very best products at best prices for its customers.
Deltawaite has 24 employees and has been using OGL Software since December 2011.

Eurosafe member, Deltawaite, has given a glowing review of OGL Software following their descision to invest in their IT infrastructure in order to take the company forward.
The Account Manager at Deltawaite, responsible for liaison with OGL Software said: "Our old system was dated and meant staff were carrying out lots of manual tasks. We knew we needed a better system that would free up time for working more strategically."

OGL Software is now the main operating system for the day to day running of Deltawaite. It manages their stock levels, produces quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices and handles supplier payments.
The company also uses the Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence modules to generate fully customised reports to provide exactly the data that Deltawaite require to analyse their business.
Furthermore, OGL Software is set up to alert Deltawaite staff when a customer event needs actioning. A customer event may be anything from a call-back, a price-list request, a customer care issue, a promotional offer or perhaps just a reminder to touch base and maintain good customer relations.
Several years in with OGL Software and the benefits we hoped for when starting this journey have been successfully realised, praised Deltawaite. The biggest difference has been the improvement to the management of our e-commerce websites. OGL Software now integrates with our three e-commerce sites to automatically update prices, product information and stock availability for our customers.
