CCF Office Manager, Andrew Williams reflects: "OGL originally contacted us along with a number of other suppliers. We shortlisted our options and viewed around 6 different systems before deciding to invest with OGL.
"The decision came down to what we really needed as a business and OGL Software fitted our needs the best. The employees at OGL were really trying to understand our business which made us confident they could deliver."
CCF were previously using a bespoke system that was built around their business but did not have the full integrated functionality of OGL Software.
Andrew comments: "We decided to upgrade as we had grown over the years, meaning the system could no longer process orders to our satisfaction and was a little outdated."
"Stock control was one of our main issues along with the need for integrated sales/purchase ledger systems. We had a requirement for a trading and transport process which OGL created for us.
"Our previous system made it difficult to control the traceability of our products, making things a lot harder in the office. OGL Software has helped us with our traceability thanks to the reporting tool; this has been of particular help where products are kept in multiple locations. Transparency is key in our business."
Andrew comments: "The ability to swiftly reconcile the back-office journals, purchase ledgers and accounts has been a key improvement for myself (I'm sure other departments would have different key improvements!)"
