Earlier in the year, OGL's Software Team were receiving continuous feedback with a common theme. How can field-based sales staff be more efficient on the road? How can they reduce admin time? These questions inspired the developers at OGL to create a mobile app called ROAD, that not only enables field-based staff to check stock remotely, but also place orders and input information in real-time that syncs directly with prof.ITplus, on and offline.
Since the product launch in April, customers have seen a boost in their sales negotiations, inventory management and order replenishment procedures, all thanks to having a handy piece of software that can be used directly from your mobile device.
