Last week OGL took part in the 'world's biggest coffee morning' in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. A total of £405 was raised for the charity, who provide medical, emotional, practical and financial support for those dealing with Cancer.
Currently, there are over 2.5 million people in the UK living with Cancer, with a large number struggling to cope with the day to day struggles of living with such a life altering disease. With the money raised from the coffee mornings' being held throughout the UK, Macmillan can help support these people and campaign for better cancer care.
Here at OGL, each department had a range of tempting cakes, with some of the ‘show stoppers' (and proud bakers) pictured below.
