A huge congratulations to Karen Mercer who recently celebrated 5-year Long Service milestone.
We caught up with Karen to find out more about her time at OGL so far...
"When I started at OGL, I was specifically bought on board for the launching of Profit4, as it was still in Beta stage with no customers. We learnt Proft4, and started rolling it out to customers, but it looked nothing like it does now. The development and changes have been exceptional the last 4 years😊.
Last year I was made Senior Training Consultant, this enables me to support the consultants as and when needed.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team over the last 2 years, to totally revise how we train our customers, from the new onboarding portal, new core training sessions and lots of other supporting documents and handouts. It has been such a success, I’m really proud of what we have achieved as a team.
One funny moment I recall was when Carl and I went onsite to visit a customer who was having a few issues. We were in the training room and one user was having some problems using the system. I stepped in and helped the user with the information and input into Profit4. The MD of the company said to Carl, ‘Karen would make a great trainer’… unsure why he thought I was there LOL!"
