A huge congratulations to Diane Davey who has reached her 5-year Long Service milestone.
We caught up with Diane to find out more about her time at OGL so far…
"When I first joined OGL I was project managing prof.ITplus implementations as we didn't have Profit4 then, and since then I have seen a lot of changes in Delivery. I moved into the Profit4 team in late 2020 when the team was split across prof.ITplus and Profit4 and I am now back doing a mix of both again. I was initially introduced to OGL by my brother, Mike Davey, who was a Linux Architect at the time, as he thought I would be a good fit. I had been with my previous employer for 19 years and was looking for a change so it seemed the perfect opportunity.
My favourite aspect of working at OGL is definitely the people, everyone is always so supportive and fun. I work in, what I think, is the best team (although I'm sure every team feels the same!). I also love working with the customers; solving their problems and seeing how they work with our software. I enjoy seeing how much they love the system once they have gone live. Seeing some of the most challenging customer go live is always a big achievement, whether they have struggled internally with the change or it's a big project with lots of moving parts, seeing it all come together and the benefit they get is amazing and so rewarding."
