Job description:

Are you an enthusiastic, customer-centric Software Implementation Consultant with experience in implementing business software solutions who has the skills and experience you think are critical to the growth of OGL Software? Then we want to hear from you…

We are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to join our hybrid-friendly team in Stourport-on-Severn. You will be responsible for successfully implementing our recently launched Profit4 ERP software solution into our customers’ businesses. Helping small and medium businesses digitally transform their operations and stay competitive will be your contribution to the UK's small and medium business sector.

You will work closely with our customers throughout the entire implementation process, so you will be having detailed business discussions about how they operate and the best way to transform and future proof their business. You will have those conversations that push the customer to question "why do we do it that way?".

Your wider team includes Project Leaders, Data Migration Analysts and Software Support teams combined with a very supportive and knowledgeable leadership team. You will become the product specialist in all aspects of our software solutions and customer processes, having a natural ability to help others understand how to get the most out of their new system with clarity and integrity.

You will build trust with the customer and effectively collaborate with teams across the business. You will need to think on your feet and not only engage customers who want to learn more about the system, but also be able to offer advice and guidance to help customers embrace the digital transformation of their business.

This is varied and exciting role, the key aspects of your success will come from excellent communication and teamwork. Many of our projects are delivered remotely, but we do like to get to know our customers in person, so onsite visits are required during projects.

If you have the drive to self-learn, with a desire to become the go-to expert on how software solutions can support business growth and transformation, then this is the perfect opportunity!
